Campus apartments offer an independent transitional living experience for students who would like to explore living outside of a traditional residence hall.
These units provide free in-unit laundry and a full kitchen, allowing students to opt out of the required campus meal plan if they choose. Available to juniors and seniors only. There will be expanded apartment offerings for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Capacity: Five students in a double room and three single rooms. Air-conditioned.
24 South Campus
Capacity: Four students in two double rooms.
25 South Campus
Capacity: Four students in two double rooms.
329 Washington
Capacity: Four students in two double rooms.
674 Illinois
Capacity: Five students in two single rooms and one triple room.
676 Cherry
Capacity: Six students in two triple rooms.
No parking is available at this location, but students can purchase a south campus residential permit.

All on-campus apartments have a full kitchen and free in-unit washer and dryer.
In addition to abiding by all student handbook policies, residents of Campus Apartments will also need to adhere to the building's guidelines and expectations related to cleaning, visitors, and parking.
Students may opt out of the campus meal plan if they so choose, or enjoy the convenience of eating on campus by purchasing a residential meal plan or a commuter meal plan.
Students can continue to receive mail and packages on campus at Mail Services.
