The Compensation Analysis, Phase I initiated in Fall 2023, is complete. This initiative was designed to:
- Understand where Lake Forest College stands in the current labor market.
- Identify a framework and process for salary adjustments relative to this data.
- Develop a methodology for future salary and compensation planning.
Regular updates on the compensation analysis will be provided on an annual basis.
