The Higher Education Housing and Opportunities Act (HOUSE) is designed to support students pursuing higher education by helping to reduce housing instability and provide support services to students.

- PADS Lake County: Resource that provides a day resource center, emergency housing and supportive housing.
- United Way of Lake County (211): Resource that can help with housing, food, crisis help, financial support, legal assistance, etc.
