International Student Support is committed to serving the diverse needs of our F-1 international student community through advising, programming, and a variety of services beginning with visa applications for admitted students through graduation and beyond.
The Office of International Student Support (ISS) assists F-1 international students with their visa status, employment, travel, and social resources. We offer advising, workshops, and support services to ensure a smooth transition and a successful experience for students from over 90 countries.
But we’re more than just paperwork! Our staff also provides support for cultural and personal adjustment, as well as advocacy on academic, housing, and co-curricular matters.
At Lake Forest College we are proud of our diverse international student community, which comprises over 18% of our student body!
