Campus Apartments

Campus apartments offer an independent transitional living experience for students who would like to explore living outside of a traditional residence hall. These units provide free in-unit laundry, air conditioned living rooms, and a full kitchen. There will be expanded apartment offerings for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Arrive North Shore

Units at Arrive North Shore, just down the road in Highwood, offer independent off-campus living while removing the hassle of apartment searching and signing a lease. Those living at Arrive will have all of the benefits and amenities of the complex residents, including laundry on each floor, air-conditioned units, a study center and conference room, and an on-site fitness room.

The Flats (Chicago)

• Provides students an opportunity to live in Chicago's vibrant South Loop neighborhood. 
• Apartment-style rooms that house either four or six students in double-occupancy bedrooms.
• Each of the apartments contains a full kitchen, common space, and a bathroom. 
• Free laundry facilities are located on both floors. 
• Residency at The Flats is only available to students participating in the Lake Forest College In The Loop program.
