Hajar Habbal ’19, president of the Lake Forest chapter, gave the invocation at the ceremony in Calvin Duran Hall on December 9. The initiates were presented with the Laurel Crown Circle, the honor society’s symbol of achievement, upon their introduction.

The ODK honor society was founded in 1914 at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. The organization was formed to honor students who attain a high standard of collegiate activities. The Lake Forest College chapter was officially charted in April of 2014.
