Michael Ebner reflects on family’s Ukraine ties in Chicago Sun-Times
Michael Ebner, the James D. Vail III Professor of American history, emeritus, reflects on his family’s history in Ukraine in an opinion piece he wrote for the Chicago Sun-Times.
In the article, Ebner says: “We witness, again, a round of recurring horrific and unimaginable images as resilient citizens of Ukraine find themselves trapped in circumstances that encapsulate the consequences of geography.”
