The Health and Wellness Center is partnering with Jewel-Osco to host a Flu/Vaccine Clinic for students, staff and faculty on September 25 and October 15.
Please register or scan QR Code in the image. Please bring insurance card and wear vaccine appropriate clothing (short-sleeves). All participants will receive a 10% Jewel-Osco grocery coupon.
