Announcing Free Leadership Live Sessions for Alumni
The College and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM) have partnered to offer 'Leadership Live', a series of free personal and professional development seminars for graduating seniors and alumni this winter. Each 30 - 45 minute interactive Zoom workshop will feature a prominent business leader and member of LFGSM faculty. This series is part of the broader partnership between the two institutions to enhance professional training and opportunities for our students and alumni.

Our first event will be The Self-Aware Leader: Advancing Your Career By Understanding Yourself - In Partnership with Lake Forest Graduate School of Management on Tuesday, December 8 at 12:00 PM until 12:45 PM Central Standard Time.
Have you ever been concerned or received feedback about how you were perceived? More than knowing our intentions, understanding how our words and actions are perceived by others is increasingly critical to being an effective leader.
Join this 45-minute webinar facilitated by Jon Kaplan, Business Leader Faculty as he shares tips for developing a framework for understanding your self-awareness in a professional business setting and how to focus on further personal development to help support your career goals.
Jon has over 20 years of experience in organizational development and leadership. He is Principal at Corvantus Consulting where he helps organizations upskill and reskill their talent. Prior to this Jon served as the Chief Learning Officer at Discover Financial Services.
