Inter-Text offers an array of possibilities for those interested in the journal. Students can choose between between becoming an author, an editor, or a part of the production support team.

Becoming an Author
Submissions for Inter-Text are due on January 31, 2025. Please see the submission form tab to send in your work. Typically, selected papers are between 2,000 and 6,000 words (not a strict requirement, but a guideline) written for the humanities or social sciences disciplines. More than one submission may be submitted per student.
Selected articles will be featured in the most recent volume. Published authors will also be invited to speak on their work at our end of year release party and will receive complimentary copies of the journal for themselves and their family and friends.

Becoming an Editor
Inter-Text editors review submissions early in the Spring semester and provide feedback to accepted authors. After editors approve revisions the finalized version is published in the most recent volume. Editors meet once a week and earn 0.25 credit hours per semester. Becoming a part of the Production Support Team
Inter-Text production support team members design the final product itself utilizing InDesign software. Production support also produces all of the marketing materials for the journal. Please complete this interest form to become an part of the production crew for Inter-Text.
