Lecturer in Chemistry (Part Time)

The Department of Chemistry at Lake Forest College has a need for an adjunct instructor to teach sections of Organic Chemistry I laboratory for Fall 2025. Responsibilities include instructing one or two 4-hour afternoon lab sections on Monday and Tuesday, writing and grading assessments, and attending weekly staff meetings.  A Ph.D. in chemistry or related field is required. Demonstrated excellence in teaching is strongly preferred. A familiarity with gas chromatography and NMR spectroscopy is necessary.

Salary $6,000 per course.
