Health Professions Program Welcome Reception
7:15 pm - 8:30 pm
Health Professions Program first year and second year students, please join us for a welcome reception on November 16!
This special mixer event will provide Health Professions Program first year and second year students the opportunity to meet the program steering committee, Lake Forest College faculty, and the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science faculty who will teach both HPP seminar series courses. President Schutt will give remarks, and students will also learn more about how to use the Career Advancement Center’s services early on at the College to set themselves up for success. Refreshments will be served.
The Health Professions Program is a unique program among liberal-arts colleges with the intention of preparing students, early in their academic career, for a variety of professions in the broad field of health care. The innovative program consists of a core of health-related courses and opportunities for exploration along with clearly-articulated joint-degree programs with nearby Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
