Brandon (‘20) transferred to Lake Forest College in 2017 from the University of Colorado-Boulder and graduated with a Finance Major. Brandon is a Private Equity Analyst for Field Holdings, a Family Office based in Chicago. In this role, he is responsible for evaluation and execution of acquisitions, focusing on middle-market Manufacturing companies. He also provides strategic operating support to existing companies within the investment firm’s portfolio. In parallel to his studies at Lake Forest College, Brandon began his professional career in 2017 working for a family owned Wine & Spirits company, Sovereign Brands. While there, Brandon worked to develop and manage globally recognized brands of premium liquor products. This experience, combined with his education in Finance enabled Brandon to transition into a role as a Venture Capital Analyst in 2019 for Manifold, a Chicago based Venture Capital firm. In this role, Brandon met with hundreds of tech entrepreneurs around the country, and led the due diligence process for multiple investments at the firm. Since graduating, Brandon remains engaged with Lake Forest College, and has previously served as a mentor for ENTP students participating in the annual pitch competition.
