Welcome to the Lake Forest College Sex Discrimination and Gender Equity Website

In light of recent legal developments, Lake Forest has updated its policies and procedures related to discrimination, harassment, and bias.

For matters falling under Title IX, as of January 9, 2024, we will revert to our prior Title IX policy as mandated. 

For all non-Title IX matters, including discrimination/harassment based on a protected class that is not sex/gender or does not meet the Title IX definitions, as well as bias-related concerns, Lake Forest will continue to apply the Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Nondiscrimination Policy.
 

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
