An individual who loses a room key or fails to return a room key at check-out will be charged $50, and the lock on the door will be changed.
When a student loses his/her room key, the student must report their key as lost to a Residence Life staff member, who will submit a work request to have the lock changed. The student will be billed $50.00, which will appear on the student’s account.
