Sally Salzer

Sally Salzer is a Managing Partner and co-owner of WorldBridge Partners Chicago; an executive search firm focused in the Life Sciences industry primarily focused in the medical device and healthcare IT spaces. Prior to entering the search field, Sally spent 20 years in leadership roles in a Fortune 100 healthcare company. She was the VP of Sales and VP of National Accounts for divisions of Baxter Healthcare (now Cardinal Health). Sally left to open her search firm in 1998. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University- Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Sally is currently a mentor for College Bound Opportunities and is also a mentor to the business incubator program at Lake Forest High School. She has served on Boards of Riverside Foundation and Habitat for Humanity – Lake County Women Build.
