David Moore

Since 1990, David Moore has been the founder and CEO of Woodland Foods, which imports, processes and distributes over 1200 specialty ingredients from around the world.  Mr. Moore has served on the Historic Preservation Commission and as Second Ward Alderman.  He is also active on several boards for charitable organizations including the Board of Directors for The Ruffed Grouse Society and the Board of Regents for Merriman House Foundation.  A champion of forest and wildlife conservation, he is on the Board of Governors for Lake Forest Open Lands, and the Ducks Unlimited President’s Council, and is a regular member of the Boone and Crocket Club as well as a member of the Wetlands Initiative.  Mr. Moore attended Ripon College.
