Information Technology Services delivers technology strategy, services, and solutions to enhance Lake Forest College’s core mission by achieving excellence in our operations and anticipating the needs of students, faculty, and staff as they pursue their educational and professional goals.

Hours: During the Academic Year: Monday - Thursday 8 am to 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm
During Breaks and Summer - Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm

The Service Desk is your primary point of contact for any technology-related issue. The Service Desk team works closely to assess and channel requests to the right person to help.

The Service Desk can assist you in a variety of ways, including:

  • Troubleshooting computers, printers, and other hardware that are not working properly
  • Fixing network access problems
  • We can help you reset your password
  • Resolving email issues
  • Moodle and Panopto use questions
